1. Order Processing
Orders are processed within 2-5 business days after payment confirmation. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details once your order has been dispatched.
Please note that orders are not processed on weekends or public holidays.
2. Shipping Times
Estimated delivery times may vary depending on your location. We are currently shipping from South Korea. Delivery may take 10-14 business days. Please note that shipping times are estimates and may vary due to courier delays or customs processing.
3. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are included in the price of each item for a seamless shopping experience.
4. Customs and Duties
Customers may be responsible for custom duties, import taxes, or additional feels charged by their country. These charges are not controlled by AERco and must be paid by the customer.
5. Incorrect Address
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. AERco cannot be responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
6. Lost or Delayed Packages
Once an order has been shipped, it becomes the responsibility of the courier service. if your package is delayed or lost, please contact the courier using your tracking number. We will also do our best to assist where possible.
